Kai lazily swiveled around in his seat. ( freakishly long for a drabble but comes with some Kai backstory! )

"Why are we here again?" Kai grumbled, not quite low enough to be sotto voce. ( rock show )

"Mmmf." Kai rolled over, his skin sticky with the heat of an Okinawan summer. ( it's a sad b-day when you can't even sleep in )

Kai rolled over, knocking his shoulders against a familiar back. ( RIKA GO TO BED )

Kai watched Shiranui work the machines over.( some Higa time! what they're doing during all this drama. )

"I'm tired." Rin whined, dropping down on his luggage. ( prompt 'hitchiking' )

Kai whooped with laughter before gagging at the smell and grabbing one of Tanishi's mom's throw pillows to stuff over his face.

( we're not going to talk about what inspired this )

Hiyoshi stepped over Jirou in order to get to the prisoners cell.

If Oshitari wasn’t dead by the end of the day it was only going to be thanks to Saeki’s self control

Tanishi leaned over Rin's bento box. "Are those popo crepes?" Rin hunched further over his bento and next to him Kai snickered.

( I have no idea if boy's day stops when you get older but as girl's day does... )

"So… hoooooooooooooooootttttttt." Kai whined, pulling off his hat and fanning himself with it.

( b/c with so much bad hair it's gotta be b/c of the humidity )

"Something to cool Kai-kun off." Pulling out the hose Kite turned the full force spray on Kai.

“There’s something different about you.” Rin stated as he pulled his hair back into a ponytail.

( kite gets megane )

Kai had to admit that if there was one cool thing about the hotel Higa was staying at it was the satellite TV.

( my ramune exploded on me, hence this was born )

Rin lashed out at Kai, unsurprised when his fist was blocked, it was why he was sweeping his foot under Kai’s legs at the same time. Kai went down and Rin pinned him easily, winning the match. Helping Kai to his feet Rin grinned.
