kat8cha"So… hoooooooooooooooootttttttt." Kai whined, pulling off his hat and fanning himself with it.
"Something to cool Kai-kun off." Pulling out the hose Kite turned the full force spray on Kai.
The other Higa regulars would have agreed with Kai's sentiment if moving did not require more effort then they were willing to put into it. The Higa regular's except Kite that is, the heat did not affect Kite at all, he could have run a marathon in this heat and never felt the need to complain.
Complaining was beneath him after all.
"So. Much. Hair." Kai whined again as he scrunched his hair up into a pony tail. "Why do I have so much hair? I could just shave it of. It'd be soooo much cooler with no hair."
"Stop whining Kai." Rin summoned up the energy to pitch one of the small stones from Kite's family's garden at Kai. Rin was lying with one hand dangling off the porch edge, he had picked the spot because he claimed it had superior breeze and shade compared to the rest of the porch.
"You have more hair then I do." Kai slumped, the rock clattering by him to hit Tanishi's shoulder. Tanishi gave a tired grunt and rolled over. "How do you survive?"
"Hirakoba-kun knows that whining isn't helpful." Kite stood and walked off the porch, grabbing something from the side of the house. Holding the nozzle out of sight Kite moved back towards the porch.
"What's that?" Chinen asked casually, glancing down at the green hose trailing behind Kite.
