If you are not supposed to a like a guy (because he is your friends room mate, or your friend's ex, or your friend's brother, or WHATEVER) then I suggest not sleeping with him. I suggest this because you have a tendency to LIKE people you sleep with (else wise what is the point of sleeping with them?) and if you AND the boy have a tendency to develop quick attachments to your 'fuck buddies' then I suggest... NOT SLEEPING WITH HIM. And if you both know that dating/fucking/or otherwise engaging in such activities would encourage the wrath of a mutual friend...
I suggest not sleeping with him.
But since you have slept with him, and since you both like each other, perhaps you should handle it in a Jerry Springer manner and take this show on the road.

Jesus. I don't know what the 'prank IM' said to her, but fuck, what excuse did she have to be so fucking rude after I apologized and said 'sorry, did not IM you. Don't know what you're talking about. What did it say?'

She/he probably had a bad day or whatever and the last thing they she/he wanted was to be IMed by some idiot or what not.

The one time I was actually 'prank IMed' by someone was a teenage boy challenging me to guess who he was, obviously you know pretending to be 'someone from school' or something. Entertainingly enough, his name was Justin, and I had a friend who recently moved away named... Justin. So yeah.

Jan. 22nd, 2008 04:17 pmHave you ever sat there and just wanted to go 'DAMN so-and-so's OOC'. But you can't, because so-and-so's a pretty good friend to you and whoever you would complain to.
And it's like, you shouldn't complain, because you know that YOU'RE OOC often enough with your own characters and complaining just makes you look like a bitch.
I'm generally pretty good about not complaining about people being OOC unless they're really off, or it's a repeated offense, or it's one of those characters that I just have standards about.
Like. Atobe? I have standards. Yukimura too. I'm sorry, if they're not kicking ass, they're not in character. That's just the way I see them. Atobe might lose, might get the short end of the stick, might somehow get screwed over, but he does it with goddamn dignity.
I have standards about the 'stoics' too. Mainly that they BE STOIC. I'm sorry, but if the character in canon has a tendency to fill speech bubbles with '...' or 'hn' then get over your need for pointless text!
And then there's the 'lesser used' characters. The ones with very little information given about them who end up being manhandled because they're there and HEY It's not like we CAN'T say this about them. Characters you 'create as you go' someone once said. That's true about all characters when you write or RP, but they generally have some background.
Again, I shouldn't talk, my characters often talk too much, are OOC, or aren't researched enough. But still.
~SIGH~ Just. Peevish today I guess. I'm practically curled into a ball to type on the laptop, and my neck and shoulders are killing me and I am NOT looking forward to sending the laptop in.

See, this is one reason why Christianity upsets me. It's just, you claim that Jesus loves us all, even the sinners, but then you're like 'oh, but guess what, you can't be treated equally because you're DIFFERENT'.
The Angelican church? Was created because Henry the 8th wanted to get laid. So what's wrong with you guys splitting up the church because hey, I want to get it on with a girl? This is just saying 'okay, all those people we brought in? Because we were being open minded? We're not as open minded as you thought.'
I was raised Catholic, by my mom, but I attended services with my Dad at a Presbyterian church. I had a close friend who was episcopalian. I had Jewish friends. I worked at a Jewish temple. I've seen many different religions.
I don't get how they can be so close minded about these things.
Of course I'm the girl who sits there and goes 'Mary can't possibly be an eternal virgin because JOSEPH WOULD HAVE HAD SEX WITH HER AT SOME POINT'. But then, Joseph has little to nothing to do with anything in the Bible stories. Rocks fell, he died?
Taoism sounded pretty cool when we covered it in Phil. class. And I vaguely remember writing a paper on it. Maybe I'll look into it more. But still, ~points up~ No.

Golden Pair is NOT supposed to make me feel schmoopy. I am not supposed to get a sappy look on my face while listening to them sing. Shipping TxN, TakkixSeto, ans Zukki/Adachi is not the same as shipping GP. It's just not the same!!! I still can't take Golden Pair fic though. I like more spunk in my characters (not that kind of spunk you perverts)
Which leads me to a D1 rant.
Mrr. I need to get back in drabbling and such. I also have new fics started I need to work on. :-\ I really don't want to go to Dad's concert tonight. -_- I'll probably put on pants and go though. ~SIGH~
