on the bashing of actors

It's just... okay. I give my fair criticism about actors when they're appointed for Tenimyu. When Irei was namedchachirinoda remembers me remarking on his nose and being very, very unflattering. I made comments about the latest cast, and how they all looked so weird. Toyoda's ears? Still huge. Daisuke? Still kind of stoned looking. Anyway, I give my criticism...
And I criticize old actors too.
Still, I don't... I try not to bash. I don't think there's an actor who I've really BASHED beyond TakiEiji. And I bash him b/c... as much as I love buchou... the shorts. They burn.
I know Aiba's not a fantabulous Fuji. I know he's a pretty terrible singer, and his dancing is not admired by all. I know that a lot of people look at Aiba and go 'too skinny', 'too awkward', 'not pretty enough'. I know Aiba's kind of a crap actor.
But I really, really LIKE Aiba. I can't explain it, I can't really justify it, I just do. It's probably because if I was an actor in Tenimyu I'd probably be Aiba. ...well, without the ability to dance.
So, when Aiba comes up in a chat and people react with 'omg what' to news of him coming back... I'm just gonna leave. I've been ignoring a lot of the posts about Aiba coming back because... I just don't want to deal. He's coming back, MMV made the decision, you guys aren't going to see him on a DVD except on a backstage disk. It's not like people wank terribly LONG about it.
It's just that there's so freaking many of them.
