Jun. 13th, 2007 08:53 pmStarting to get creepy dark, and the barricades on the doors don't seem like they're going to hold much longer. I don't know if anyone's noticed but these fuckers seem to be damn well organized. They tried to scale the freaking BUILDING at one point.
There's cars in the parking lot. We're going to have one group lure the zombies around to the front while people get everyone into the car.
We don't expect the first group to survive.

Jun. 13th, 2007 06:32 pm:O I thought I was a GONNER for a minute there! The power went out, several people screamed, and suddenly there was a crash of glass! Next thing I know the guys who were keeping watch on the Art Center tell me there's Zombies flooding up the bridge!
Well, after some quick thinking we took the hairspray , a zippo, and started hosing down the front of the shambling hoards. Once we got them roasting, and it totally smelled like bad hot dogs, we tossed several hair spray and reddi-wip cans at them.
B-O-O-M.
We're a little shaken up, and some of us have cuts from the glass, but we're alive and hole and unzombified. We used the fire extinguished to put out the little lingering fires on our side of the bridge, and we're kinda sad to see the big glass bridge go.
I knew it'd be a liability though.
The power came back on a wahile ago, which is how I got on to update!

Jun. 13th, 2007 04:49 pmWe managed to get to the gas station. We had a lot of zombies following us, and we managed to hose them down was gasoline and light em up.
Unfortunately, the gas station went BOOM too. >_< It was enough to distract the zombies attacking the library though. Long enough they wandered over their while we hit up the CVS (had to decapitate the former check out guy) and grab some more necessities.
We're holed up again, and I check the Heights Arts Center to make sure it's locked up too. It will either be a good escape route should the zombies break into the arts center, or a liability should the zombies break in there. We've got people on the bridge watching the road now.
I'm kinda pissed they redesigned the library. As much as the old library used to be my home the new design means I'm unsure whether everything is locked up tight.

*Beware* there has been a global outbreak of flesh eating corpses.
If you see a zombie contact the Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency ASAP. Do not contact the local authorities, repeat, do not contact the local authorities! They will either not believe you, be dead, or they will arrive and be eaten. No one wants to see that.
Find shelter, unless forced do not stay in your home, barricade yourself. Make sure you have plenty of food and water.
You may think you are defenseless, think again! Anything is a weapon against zombies! Rocks! Sticks! Cans of Reddi Wip!
I'll keep you guys updated as long as the power and internet holds. We've mounted a group who are going to take the library van across the street to raid the gas station for food and other necessities. I told them to bring any beer they could grab. Later we might try for the CVS down the street as long as it's not over run.
I've got several people up on the roof flinging flaming bottles of white out down below. We have a few improvised torches as well.
But dammit I need that booze to really kick some ass.
Here's hoping my team doesn't get eaten.

Jun. 13th, 2007 02:10 pmI'm glad I headed to the library when I did. Five minutes after I got there this RAVENING HOARD appeared out of NOWHERE. We got some shelves blocking the doors, but we're worried about the windows, even if they are practically bullet proof. Luckily the library is elevated so the zombies will either have to job or pile on top of each other to get in.
We herded the kids upstairs to be safe.
I'm pretty sure they're zombies, but we've got a group doing research to be sure. No idea how we're going to defend the library if they are. There's not exactly anything flammable here.

May. 20th, 2007 03:39 amTachibana, occasionally, thinks that they have an unfair advantage. Giving Chitose a lot of firearms and letting him use his ESP definitely means the zombies don't have a sporting chance.
