kat8chaSo, Miss Mya has been very NO NAP lately. She's 9 months now, so she's entering a fussy period in her life right now. Doesn't want to eat or only wants to eat a little, doesn't nap well, etc.
Today I spent like an hour and a half trying to put her down for her nap, that's not mentioning the time that Dad spent trying to get her to go down. I actually DID get her to go down at about 1:30, but then Dad called on the phone and she woke up at the sound of ringing. An hour later she was like :( AUNT KATE I WANT YOU TO HOLD ME but I don't want to be on your lap, I want to lean over your lap with one of your arms trapped under me while I nuzzle the couch.
...and then she fell asleep (and I did too but I woke up with an up-beat song started playing) and I was like '...Mya, it's LUNCH TIME not NAP TIME'.
I put her down for a nap anyway.
