I just did 25 minutes on the Wii fit and I'm sweaty. :( Not like, MASSIVELY sweaty, but still sweaty. At least I'm not all @_@ FUCKING SHAKY like I am when I work out on the Wii when it's like 90 degrees.
HOWEVER. I managed to do 60 seconds on the Plank exercise! It left me going 'oh god WOBBLY' but! :D 60 seconds! And I scored a decent score!
I'm actually amused at how well I do on lunges. Every time I do them they're like 'wow, you're pretty strong aren't you' and I'm like 'ONLY MY LEGS'.
I still haven't completed the advanced obstacle course. >_<;;; I get to the third level and then I generally run out of time. AH WELL. I WILL BEAT YOU ANOTHER DAY ADVANCED OBSTACLE COURSE!
You totally don't lose any weight on that thing though. XDD;;;
