kat8chaNiou tapped at the glass separating the Hyotei psychic from their viewing room. Kirihara glanced up at the glass with thinly disguised irritation before returning to questioning the empathy. Hiyoshi's face wavered between smirking and totally blank. Niou was impressed by the kid's ability to keep his cool, and amused by the growing frustration obvious in Kirihara's expression. It wasn't a good idea to let the interogatee know how much his attitude upset the interrogator.
"So bored." Niou whined.
"Niou-kun." Yagyuu tapped his foot against the floor in irritation. Niou sulked and thumped his head against the glass. He could feel Yagyuu in his head like an over protective babysitter. Any thoughts Niou had of any sort of fun was shot down instantly by a sharp mental jab from Yagyuu. Since for the last half an hour Niou had been thinking distinctly naughty thoughts it was starting to give Niou a bit of a headache. "Behave."
"Why can't we just leave the kid? He can handle it." Kirihara was supposed to be one of the stronger psychs in Rikkai, why couldn't he get it together and pop the kid like a zit?
"Apparently not." Yagyuu responded and Niou scowled. Goddamn brat, he obviously had no control of the situation.
"That guys an empathy right?" Niou questioned. "Cmon. You know it'd be a good idea. Empathy can't be contained by normal means, and Kirihara's got issues controlling his emotions anyway."
Niou made sure that the mental images he was sending to Yagyuu were extra naughty.
"Niou-kun, I told you to stop that." Yagyuu pressed his lips together in a thin line.
Niou turned and pressed Yagyuu against the glass. "Make me, Yagyuu."
"So bored." Niou whined.
