Oh, he was expecting a surprise party, cake, and plenty of presents, but really that was just what Shitenhouji *did* for birthdays. Kin would make a mess while trying to pretend like there was nothing going on, Gin would end up dragging Kin off later to buy a present because Kin had forgotten, Osamu would act like he had forgotten all about the party, while Shiraishi and Chitose put the finishing touches on a two layer marble cake (or whatever the birthday boy's favorite cake was). Koharu and Zaizen were always in charge of entertainment (which was why they had hired a male stripper for the last birthday party) and Hitouji was generally in charge of decorations.
He was the only one in the team with any sense of aesthetics after all. Well, okay, Zaizen had an eye for it too but he was needed to keep Koharu from ordering strippers who jumped out of cakes.
But other than a surprise party, cake, and presents, Yuuji wasn't really expecting much.
"Koharu!" Yuuji flung his arms raound Koharu's shoulders and kissed his cheek. Koharu made fluttering hand motions, like it was just as much a surprise to him. "It's perfect!"
"I know how much you love peaches, Yuu-kun!"
Yuuji was going to keep the naked cardboard statue of Momoshirou forever and ever. The traumatized expression was just too much!
