Even though, technically, the mess that was the future shouldn't happen in their timeline (and Tsuna's head still reeled from both that sentence and the concept) the Vongola had already made tentative advances towards Irie Shouichi (and gotten a box full of money and noodles and a gibbered goodbye on the first try…) So it wasn't that strange for Tsuna to see Irie around Namimori and wave at him, or even walk up and ask how he was doing. What was strange was the growling, white animal Irie had on a bright red leash.
"Down Byakuran! Heel!" Irie was clinging to a light pole behind him while the poodle tried to slip away and gnaw Tsuna's throat out. "I'm sorry Sawada! He's never done this before!"
"I'll talk to you later!" Tsuna tripped over his own feet before bolting in the opposite direction of Irie and his dog, noting that once he had gotten far enough away the barking and snarling stopped and he could faintly hear Irie say 'that wasn't very nice of you, Byakuran'.
Heart still pounding Tsuna wondered why Irie had picked THAT name for his dog. Though, if Byakuran had been born as a dog… a poodle would have no doubt suited him just fine.
