kat8chaOkay. Guys. This is going ot make you all STARE at me but...
I need a Socialist board game.
>< I know, I know... but all these games I'm playing are teaching these kids about CAPITALISM. I taught Christina how to play 'The Pit' today, and she figured out the wicked trick to it and KICKED. OUR. BUTTS.
Which was entertaining except, I mean, Capitalism! It's based on the stock market! (Corn market... something market).
And they're learning about Monopoly. >> I also taught Christina chess today, and actually had to work for my win at Checkers from Christina/Katie pair.
I should dig through the game cupboard, but we really don't have much. OH. I forgot to bring Jenga over... I'll need to remember that last week. >< That still doesn't teach the kids any good liberal values! It's all about trumping the opposition!
(Oldest kid is 11, youngest is 6)
