1) Canon gay.
2) The EPIC friendship between Chitose and Tachibana.
3) Yanagi vs Inui part 2. I was... not expecting Yanagi to play Inui again in the match against Rikkai, because developmentally it was detrimental to Inui. Inui did not evolve during that match at all, he was just a punching bag. But we all know that Konomi was focusing on the younger boys in that match anyway.
4) Yukimura's nickname.
5) Fuji's super-counters. I mean, I just kind of assumed he'd use his triple counters for forever. Didn't actually think he'd get NEW ones.
