kat8cha“What’s up with that face?” Akutsu laughed, ash falling off of his cigarette as he motioned to the round bruise in the center of Sengoku’s face.
Sengoku flushed, his mouth twisting up in an embarrassed smile. “One of your girl friends finally punch you, you stupid bastard?” Generally Sengoku had bruised cheeks when he got too close to the wrong girl, this was the first time Akutsu had seen the teen have such a round bruise in the middle of his face.
“Weren’t you going to see Seigaku today Sengoku-senpai?” Dan piped up from the other side, Akutsu snarled at the brat but Dan did not bother to move away. Akutsu flicked ash in Dan’s direction, sneering when Dan dodged.
“Ah ha ha.” Sengoku plopped down next to Dan and leaned back against the fence circling the roof. The chain link creaked. “About that…”
Akutsu snorted, dropping his cigarette through the chain link Akutsu hoped it stayed lit long enough to burn some idiot below. “Don’t tell me you got hit by a tennis ball.”
Sengoku tried not to look like he was lying when he shook his head, Sengoku failed, but he tried.
“Unlucky!” Dan said, laughing at Sengoku. Sengoku smacked Dan lightly over the top of his head for stealing his catch phrase.
