The Otaku Pedigree Quiz
Recently a surge in self proclaimed 'Otaku' has threatened to take over the world as we know it. How can you tell the difference between Otaku and Wanna-be-Otaku? Judge their pedigree! Fill out the following lists. Then tag 5-10 people do prove their right to be Otaku. Watch your friends list, when someone posts this quiz, comment and list the fandoms you share.
1. What is the first anime you recall watching? When was this? How old were you? Any fandom reactions?
Uh... well I guess it'd be Sailor Moon. >< I was like 5? I watched it off and on, but later one of my freinds was really into it. We used to act out things as Sailor Scouts... ^_^;;
If you mean *really* watching... it'd have to be Card Captor Sakura, or Digimon. CCS I watched in the afternoons, and was in love with Syaoran, and Digimon I watched in the mornings.
2. When did you make the switch from Dub to Sub? What was the first subbed anime you ever watched?
Switched from Dub to Sub when I hit the Ranma Fandom. I used to rent the DVD's from the library and watch the subbed one b/c the voices annoyed me less.
3. What was your first FANDOM. Not 'OMG I LIKE THIS SHOW' but 'IM GOING TO KILL ANYTHING THAT TAINTS THIS SHOW!'?
~blink, ponders~ God... uh... Evangelion. I said Naruto before. ^_^;;; I lied. I loved Evangelion.
4. List your current fandoms.
.....XD Way to many? Really, if you wanted the ones I'm seriously in *right now* and writing for? Tenipuri, but I still follow all the other fandoms around like a dog.
