kat8chaThis was one of those times when Davide wished driving in Tokyo wasn't such a pain.
He'd driven his dad's car a few times in Chiba, and Davide knew that when you wanted to angrily slam your way around a car was the best way to go. Taking the train or walking gave you too much time to think and calm down.
Luckily, having time to think didn't make Davide feel any less betrayed.
Itsuki's dorm had some sort of curfew, and Davide barely managed to duck in with a group of late party goers. Taking the stairs to avoid the drunken attempts to overload the elevators Davide hiked the four flights to get to Itsuki's floor. Shoving the door to the stairwell open Davide heard it close with a satisfying bang.
Davide didn't bang on Itsuki's door, no matter how much he wanted to. He knocked politely, and considered the fact that he should probably have called ahead, to make sure Ituski was awake. There was a fumbling sound and the door was pulled open a crack, a wary brown eye peeking up at him before the door was pulled all the way open to reveal a sleep rumpled Itsuki. "Davide, what's wrong?"
"…" Davide opened his mouth, then closed it, fumbling mentally for words to explain this all. How was he supposed to say he was jealous, and angry, and betrayed? Davide felt incompetent. Why was Bane better? Why did Bane choose Saeki? Davide knew he was sexy… why wasn't he sexy enough?
"Davide?" Itsuki reached out and touched his wrist. Davide frowned. Itsuki was… sweet. Itsuki was open and trusting and nice and had always been there.
"Yes is the answer." Davide ignored Itsuki's confused 'what?' in favor of leaning down and kissing Itsuki. Itsuki was sweet, and yeah, he tasted a little like halitosis, but he was warm and pliable and wasn't going to run off and have sex with someone he considered sexier then Davide.
