kat8chaXD I love the 4th of July. ^_^ SO MUCH FUN.
The band was off to a rough start. We had 2 flutes, 1 piccolo, 1 trumpet, 1 trombone, 1 baritone, 1 tuba, a bass drum, a snare drum, xylophone and someone on cymbals. Juliet was on bass drum XD which is funny because she has trouble keeping a beat. Kevin, who showed up for the parade from Colombus, got his first try on playing 1st Trumpet. XD He whined at me about the pieces being too hard and how my brother's supposed to be there.
Still, it was fun. ^^ Some good pieces, some where we fell apart, and a hell of a lot of kids on bicycles. That was nice, it was a BIG turn out, despite the tiny band.
Marian's downstairs making cookies, and Dad's sorta dead from pain. We'll be off to my Aunt and Uncle's soon enough and then from there Juliet and I want to head to Ria's for fireworks.
