It was not exactly something he had planned.
Alright, so Ted's death had both been part of the plan and not part of the plan. He had always expected Ted to find him. Well, Ted or Bruce, and he hadn't been surprised when it had been the Blue Beetle. Max was sure that Batman was wrapped up in his paranoia and layers of denial back in his Batcave in Gotham. Ted, however, well… Max had left a trail of bread crumbs for Ted to follow. Or at least a trail of money. So it wasn't surprising that Ted had showed up.
It also wasn't surprising that Ted had turned Max down. Max was sure that anyone who had been a member of the Justice League (even Max's incarnations of it) would say no to Max's offer. Sure, he was saving the world for the humans, but most 'heroes' just wouldn't see it that way. It was alright. Max would make them see it his way.
All that had been part of the plan.
This, whatever this was, wasn't.
Max's hands were fisted in the slick sleek cap of the Blue Beetle cowl. He could feel Ted's coarse, normal, human brown hair underneath. Through the shattered yellow glass of Ted's goggles Max could see Ted's eyes, nearly completely rolled up in his skull. They boggled slightly every time Max thrust into Ted's slick brain cavity.
Brain matter was squishier than Max had thought. It was like fucking… like screwing a very cool very solid mass of spaghetti noodles. Or perhaps noodles mixed into jello and solidified. Yes, Max thought, as brain matter dropped onto the floor with a slick squishy sound when he drew his hips back, jello and noodles.
Max came hard not too much later, looking at the pink and grey goo clinging to the base of his cock.
He'd always said he liked Ted for his brain.
