kat8chaI took a pic of myself while walking Mya that I called 'Kat hanging out of her shirt while walking the baby' but apparently forgot to save it so no boobs for you Flist.
So, dinner was sort of a bust.
I figured 'oh hey, Dad's coming home tomorrow so why I don't I cook something we never eat when dad's here!' IE - tofu. But I didn't marinate the tofu long enough (or long at all) so it came out kind of blah. The chicken with the marinade was okay though, and the fingerling potatoes tasted good fried with rosemary and garlic. Mom got eggplant too, which I tried a slice of and didn't like (bleh).
I'm still kind of upset about the tofu though. :(
Also, I cook with WAY too much oil. I should stop frying things.
So! I realize I haven't posted or talked about ETHAN who is my newest nephew.
Just born this weekend, very cute.
ALSO! Mya's half birthday was today. HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY MYA
