I wangst about wank >

kat8chaYou know... I'm beginning to think that I'm not a fangirl. I mean, I can contain myself, I'm not always squealing over something, if I dislike something (a pairing, an actor, a seiiyuu, a character, etc) then I don't like... spazz about it. I don't wank. I try not to get into arguments. Sometimes I engage in discussions that *become* arguments. Then I try to end them before I become too upset.
Like, okay, earlier today Mi-chan (who I love and adore) linked me to this conversation with Pillar fans and they sort of wanked about a Perfect pair author I like. Now, Mi's a *huge* pillar fan, but me? I can see it, I can read it, and sometimes I like it, but I honestly prefer Tezuka and Fuji together more then Tezuka or Fuji with Ryoma. (Though TezukaFujiRyoma tops all ^_^;;;)
When I wrote OT5(I say wrote b/c currently I'm not writing anything) I knew there were people who didn't like it. I didn't actually *find* wank for a while. I mean... okay, so we spammed the comms. So we wrote things, so some of them were utter crap. Sorry? Whatever, I had fun, *we* had fun which is the important part. I mean, I spew crap at my mom about fanfiction helping me strengthen my writing skills (cause it does) but really it's my escape from reality. Fanfiction was honestly what got me through 3 years of highschools (Sophmore, Junior, and Senior)
And with the new Tenimyu, like... okay. Basically I came into Tenimyu like recently. I got my hands on as much as I could, which in the beginning was old cast and such. I started out liking Takigawa (and disliking Kimeru, the blasphemy) then disliking Takigawa (and worshiping Kimeru). When it switched to New Cast I was like O.o, and didn't like them much. But then I had the OST's on CD And I realized 'hey, these guys are actually pretty good'. I just had to seperate myself from my prejuidices. (Like the ones about new cast GP vs old cast GP)
Now with the *NEWEST* cast for Tenimyu everyone's wanksting(again, cause they all wanked at the change from old to new too from what I know). Personally? I'll wait to pass my judgement and I'll probably like them no matter what. While I am nitpicky about certain things (stage prescence, singing, rythm, how an actor moves, and sometimes if they look the part or not) I think that it's unfair to pass judgement on actors just from pics and one video. As an actor I find it rude and disrespectful, as a director I feel the same way.
Also, wanking about people on LJ? Not cool. I think it's stupid. Because usually? They *know* you're talking about them. If you're going to do that just BLOODY WELL TALK TO THEM! Communication solves SO MANY ISSUES!
