I'm dragging stuff off an old disk. This has been sitting there since .... forever.

It’s been a year.

One entire year since Sunnydale disappeared off the face of the planet. Twelve months since Spike was burned into a teensy tiny pile of dust. Three hundred and fifty-six days since Anya was killed by a Turok-han.

It’s been six months.

Six months since Andrew came back to the Watcher’s Council in England and let loose those fast flying lips of his and told everyone that Spike was alive. One hundred and tenty-two days since Andrew had called and told Xander how much Spike was not dust. Two thousand nine hundred and fifty-two hours since Xander collapsed to the floor in Africa’s Slayer Central from the news.

It’s been sixty-one days.

Sixty-one days since the news came through the Watcher’s Council about Angel’s Final Battle with the Senior Partners. One thousand, four hundred and sixty-four hours since Xander had finally confronted his feelings for both the schizophrenic vampire and his ADHD grand-childe. Eighty-seven thousand, eight hundred and forty minutes since Xander decided that he really needed to apoligize.

It’s been one hundred and ninety-two hours

One hundred and ninety-two hours since Xander arrived in L.A. Eleven-thousand, five hundred and twenty minutes since Xander bribed a demon into telling him where Angel and Spike were holed up. Six hundred and ninety-one thousand, and two hundred seconds since he sucked up his courage and charged into the lions den.

It’s been four thousand, three hundred and twenty minutes.

Four thousand, three hundred and twenty minutes since he opened his mouth and apologized to both souled vampires. Two hundred and fifty-nine thousand, and two hundred seconds since he listed all the various reasons he had acted like such an asshole to them.

It’s been three days since Spike started fucking him silly.

Time flies when you’re having fun.
