Hiyoshi stared up into the sky.The sky was blue, well duh, and had wispy cirrus clouds, at least Hiyoshi was pretty sure they were called cirrus. He couldn't really focus on clouds though. Not just because he didn't actually care or know what the hell kind of clouds they were. Hiyoshi had just lost the most humiliating match of his life. It wasn't the score that had made it humiliating; it was the score and the opponent. Hiyoshi had just lost to a girl.
"Hey, are you okay?" The girl's head blotted out the sun, the sun creating a halo around her head. Her face was shaded by a multi colored hat, and her pigtails made a really weird shadow across Hiyoshi's chest and the court above his head. "I didn't beat you that badly did I?"
"Hn." Hiyoshi pushed himself up and pushed the girl, Chitose or something, out of the way. "Not that badly." Hiyoshi was just… shocked. The girl had to be like, 10. That was even younger than Echizen. Plus the girl was a GIRL. How the hell could Hiyoshi lose to a girl? Hiyoshi could never let anyone find out. They'd think he played mixed doubles.
"Hee." The girl was grinning now. "We should play again, though you're nowhere near as good as thief-bro." And… was she making eyes at him? Oh weird.
"…whatever." Hiyoshi would just have to make a solemn vow never to go near Kyushu again. Ever.
