"Oi." Doumeki hated the way Watanuki was staring off into space, he like was contemplating the molecules that held the universe together and the various ways he could slip through them. Watanuki was hearing something, or seeing something, or just plain THINKING of something that Doumeki could not understand.
"My name," Watanuki's voice was oddly calm, though the look he turned Doumeki's way was murderous, "is not 'oi'."
"…" Doumeki shrugged, sipped at the sake and waited for Mokona to mock Watanuki. It was good, that Watanuki did not get too full of himself.
"Oi! Oi!" Mokona did some silly little hop, skip, and jump off of Watanuki's knees, capering around the room. "He's like a husband calling his wife!"
Doumeki blinked. While he, underneath it all, might have thought of Watanuki has a potential boyfriend Doumeki had never, in his dreams with his hand between his sheets, taken it that far. Though Watanuki would look good in a wedding kimono.
Watanuki flushed, stammered, flailed his arms so that they battered at the door frame. "WHAT! I am NOT that bastard's-" Doumeki planted a hand across WAtanuki's mouth.
"Other people are sleeping." Doumeki stated. Watanuki quieted, though he glared at Doumeki. Doumeki removed his hand, but did not move away now that he was so close. It was tempting, even, to give Mokona another reason to tease Watanuki. Watanuki's lips had felt so warm beneath Doumeki's palm.
"Your hands are freezing." Watanuki hissed. "And stop looking at me like that."
"…oi." Doumeki leaned close and planted a kiss on Watanuki's mouth. "Wives should be silent."
The ensuing explosion was so worth it.
