“Ciaossu.” Ribbons greeted his target, his protégé, his… well, his raw materials.
Setsua F. Seiei was not the worst case Ribbons had been handed. Alejandro Corner had been content to watch the world pass him by until Ribbons had made him into a mob boss to be proud of.
Setsuna looked at Ribbons blankly before going back to tying his shoes. Ribbon fingered the handle of his gun thoughtfully. One bullet, not a dying will one, would be all it would take and Setsuna would stare blankly for the rest of his life. Schenburg would not be happy with Ribbons, but Ribbons had been contemplating leaving Shenburg’s family for Alejandro’s good graces for a while. “I have school.” Setsuna said, hooking his tote bag over one shoulder. Ribbons could not help but think of it as a man-purse. Why couldn’t Japan use backpacks like anyone else?
“I know. I’ll be following you there.”
Setsuna shrugged and headed out the door. Ribbons reminded himself that he just had to wait for the proper time to kill Setsuna, and the proper time was not now. Exiting the house he was unsurprised to find Lockon loitering around just outside Setsuna’s yard. Neither was Setsuna.
“Dylandy-sensei, you’re going to ruin your image.” Setsuna stated coldly, passing Lockon by.
Ribbons snorted to himself and ignored the way Lockon pandered to Setsuna, attempting to get Setsuna to call him ‘Lockon’ or ‘Neil’. Really, what a pathetic next generation for the Schenburg family. Halfway to school they ran into Wang Lui Min and her older guardian Hong Long. Ribbons smirked at Hong Long as their charges began talking to each other. It could hardly be called flirting, Setsuna was too cold and distant for that and Wang Lui Min knew that no relationship could bloom between them. Hong Long shifted uncomfortably for a second before ignoring Ribbons. Ribbons took a moment to enjoy the eye candy, the only thing that made this boring babysitting job bearable, before loping off to start his next ‘mission’.
How hellish could he make Setsuna’s life this time?
