So.

That's not an optical illusion.

MY PILLS REALLY ARE THAT HUGE.

I was trying to figure out something good to measure the size against, but couldn't. XD

They're '10 meqris' of Potassium Citrate, which if supposed to help. I have to take it twice a day.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...

And the side effects are all really fun. XD
