I continue to fail at making strawberry pie.
The pie crust shrunk, and puffed up. in part.
The thickener took forever to thicken, and it kind of ended up looking like strawberry puke...
T_T Cry.
I'M SURE IT WILL TASTE DELICIOUS.
But I think strawberry pie will continue to be my Achilles heal. I've had trouble with some of the stuff I've made, but strawberry pie kicks my ass. This is worse than my multiplying pumpkin pie.
