So, if anyone gets a chance to see Repo! and DOESN'T...
Well. Shame. On. You.
Srsly.
Though, I mean, it's got an AMAZING sound track, and I really loved it. The gore is unrealistic, but you do need a strong stomach for blood and stuff. AMAZING SOUND TRACK. And you gotta love the Graverobber.
AND ANTHONY STEWART HEAD DOING WHAT HE DOES BEST -
Being an amazing dad and being BUGFUCKINGNUTS. :D
At different times, of course.
The sound track is amazing. I want the fucking sound track. GRAVE ROBBER. GRAVE ROBBER. I DON'T KNOW WHY I EVEN BOTHER. GRAVE ROBBER.
Uh... Sarah Brightman? Still fucking creepy. Creeeeeeeeeepy... but should not sing pop. WTH XD Was really awkward!
Who hasn't done the 'jilted lover of the mother is ULTRA CREEPY to the daughter' plotline? Or the whole 'husband "kills" wife, ends up doing dirty deeds for the jilted lover' plotline? Very unoriginal, though the presentation was interesting. The plot, is, of course AMAZING. I would have liked to see more of the Graverobber, of the 'normal' people who are, you know, selling their bodies for Geneco.
Paris Hilton playing herself for the win. XDD
I love Anthony Stewart Head, but nothing he did in this movie was original. I'd SEEN him play this character before. Tortured, tragic daddy. Though the whole 'ripping people's organs out' thing was exciting. And UNF Anthony... I'd raise your monster ANY day.
I have SUCH an old man fetish.
There was this.... absolutely BIZARRE song in there about being 17 and I was like 'well... that certainly is "teen angst"' but... REALLY WEIRD. Like, totally different from the rest, and just, didn't work for me. Shilot's outfits were cool, but I kept expecting here to flash panty they were THAT SHORT. Very Gothic Lolita.
There were some... iiiiiiiiinteresting INCESTUOUS vibes going on there. XD AND UH. TOTALLY SLASHED NATHAN WITH ROTTI.
But yeah, it was... stereotypical, and while it really does need to be SEEN, the music is one of the best parts, the acting is often mediocre, and ... I'm in love with a graverobber. XD
